Prayer Points

Hello to our wonderful PA Intercessors!!

1 Timothy 2:2

“Pray this way for kings and all who are in authority so that we can live peaceful and quiet lives marked by godliness and dignity”

Pray that voter rolls are cleaned up and that all voter fraud is exposed and dealt with righteously.

Pray for the governor race. We see what good governance looks like when we have righteous leaders and we see the level of evil that is ushered in under bad governance. (Isaiah 10:1)

Pray that churches, pastors, and church leaders rise up in their places of  God-given authority to speak and preach the truth even if it’s uncomfortable or may offend someone. Holy boldness to rise up in them and us. (Prov. 28:1)

Pray for complacency to be lifted off of every registered voter in Pennsylvania and to recognize the duty and blessing of every citizen of this land to vote and vote Biblical values. (Prov. 1:32)

Please bring forth the names of any candidates from your area or of whom God has placed on your heart to pray over them and their campaign(s). (Isaiah 1:17)

“What does the LORD require of us? To act justly, to love mercy, and to walk humbly with our God” (Micah6:8). We intend to do just that, in prayer Saturday at the Prayer Walk. The focus of our prayer time is Erie City Council.
We release Gods best vision and highest calling for this region. Knowing that an individual can light a room, but a city lights the horizon; may Erie shine with the glory of the LORD!

Prayer Points

PRAYER WALK BASIC OUTLINE
PrayErie’s purpose – To Watch & Pray – “Pray in the Spirit, be alert, keep on praying” (Eph 6:18).
Hello – Name, place, jurisdiction – “Let your words be few” (Ecclesiastes 5:2).
Communion –We do this in remembrance of Jesus purchasing each of us with his shed blood. “If we walk in the Light, we share fellowship and the blood of Jesus cleanses us from sin” (I John 1:7).
Testimony – “Generations will hear from us about the wonders of the Victorious Lord” (Psalm 22:30).
Worship & Prayer – “Worship the Lord with gladness; come before Him with joyful songs.” We direct our focus off ourselves and onto the nature of God (Psalm 100:2). But don’t get shy on me! Be strong in power of the Lord and stop when Holy Spirit stops!

Remembering God’s Word – “Confirm forever the word that you have spoken concerning your servants and this land, and do as you have spoken” When warring for our territory, we look for God’s original intent, not Satan’s counterfeit. Although the mess-ups are often so glaring, they point the way to needed redemption! (Romans 1:20, Ps 19:1-3, Acts 17:16-18, II Samuel 7:25-26, Psalm 24:1).

Repentance – Forgive us for every deceptive fantasy, arrogant attitude and proud obstacle raised up in defiance of the true knowledge of God (2 Corinthians 10: 4-5, Judges 6:10, Romans 12:21).

Bind & Loose – “Truly I tell you, whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loosen on earth will be loosed in heaven. For where two or three gather in my name, there I am.” Jesus’ presence is key! (Matthew 18:18-20).

The testimony of Jesus’ life – Jesus is LORD! When we focus on Him, we are empowered; to break the power of the enemies lies, and declare just how big our God is! The testimony of Jesus is the essence of prophecy. (John 10:9, Mark 4:35-38, Col 3:2-3, 2Kings 6:16, Revelation 19:10).

Prayer Walk – Local Government (ECC) 9/5/2026

Remembering God’s Word

Lord, we call to your remembrance the day you spoke this land into existence and said, “it is good.” We call to your remembrance the first people you brought to occupy the shores of Lake Erie and how you revealed yourself to them. We call to your remembrance the ones who recognized you as Father and formed community here. And Lord, we call to your remembrance those of our generation you have appointed to civil government.

We speak on earth what you have determined in heaven concerning Erie City Council. That government shall be on Jesus the Messiah’s shoulders to offer safe dwellings, quiet resting places, and peaceful habitation.

Repentance

Forgive us Lord for watching our leaders fall prey to seduction and delusion while we remain in our homes. Forgive us for turning our face from immoral issues that make us uncomfortable. We understand the present time: The hour has come for us to wake up from slumber, because our salvation is nearer than when we first believed. The night is nearly over; the day is almost here.

Bind & Loose

We break agreements Erie governmental authorities have made with deception, lying delusions, and thirst for power.

We ask for your mercy and extend our forgiveness to those elected officials who have turned from the love of their heavenly Father and chosen the sin of rebellion. Have mercy, oh Lord, on those who have bowed to Satan’s false promise of power.

We lose Living Water, the water that only Jesus can give. May it become a spring of eternal life for each one on Erie City Council. We release this day, their true identity in Christ.

We break agreements elected officials have with proud, deceptive spirits. We release in each one the sufficient knowledge of God to recognize Holy Spirit’s prompting and respond to a call to repent. We ask Holy Spirit and God’s angels to visit Erie City Council members and Council President Tyler Titus with conviction and invitations to repent and serve in righteousness and justice.

We break the pattern of Erie being ruled by immoral agendas which destroy one’s identity in Christ. We loosen the legacy God intended of Erie being a City of Refuge for those of humble heart, not for those with presumptuous rebellion. A city of safety for children.

As the sirens went off and emergency vehicles flew past while we were binding and losing, we recognize this sign on earth that heaven hears our prayer and has alerted the angelic host to action!

Testimony of Jesus’ Life

We declare the testimony of Jesus will be the testimony of Erie’s elected officials. Jesus said, “I can of Myself do nothing. As I hear, I judge; and My judgment is righteous, because I do not seek My own agenda but the will of the Father who sent Me.           ‘

Romans 13:1, Isaiah 9:6, Isaiah 32:18, Romans 13:11-12, John 4:14, Romans 1:19-20, Joshua 20:2,9, John 5:30.

Following prayer in Perry Square, we rocked the block with blessings.

We drove around the Erie Cemetery; Holy Spirit gave the following:

We thank you Lord for revealing the 100-year-old trees in the cemetery that were hollow in the center. We declare that what has been dead or hidden be taken down and cleared away. That old, deep-rooted corruption leading to death and destruction be exposed and cleared away. We speak life into what was dead as new trees are planted. Praise you Lord for people working together and with those from surrounding areas to clean up the mess.

Frontier Park trees were also hit with the high winds, but were not rotten inside. We declare that protected, supported Kingdom front runners who adhere to God’s original intent will remain planted while everything else is being uprooted.

For all of Erie, PA, we declare new plantings will rise up and dry bones will rise up. God will create a new army to Rise Up in Jesus name, hollow religion is bound in Jesus’ name. We release new Kingdom bones to Rise Up and be the army, the Remnant that God called for, in the name of Jesus.

May 7 National Day of Prayer

The National Day of Prayer is an annual day of observance designated by the United States Congress and held on the first Thursday of May, when people are asked “to turn to God in prayer and meditation”. RR Declarations

🚂 Railroad Gate Prayer Declaration

Father, in the name of Jesus, we stand at this railroad gate—this place of movement, connection, and passage—and we agree with Your original intent for Erie.

Your Word says to “stand at the crossroads and look” (Jeremiah 6:16), and so we stand here with open eyes and willing hearts.

We declare that Erie is not forgotten—it is positioned.
Not overlooked—but appointed as a gateway in Your design.

At this railroad gate, we decree:

  • What has been delayed will now move forward
  • What has been hindered will be released
  • What has been disconnected will be realigned

We speak to every spiritual “track” in this region—be restored, be aligned, and carry what heaven has ordained.

Lord, as You have said, “Prepare the way of the Lord” (Isaiah 40:3), we declare that every obstruction be removed, every crooked path made straight, and every assignment of stagnation be broken.

We declare over this gate: it will not be a place of blockage, but of flow.
Not a place of division, but of connection.
Not a stopping point—but a sending place.

“Your gates shall be open continually” (Isaiah 60:11)—so we decree that this railroad gate is open to the purposes of God:

  • Open to righteous movement
  • Open to divine connection
  • Open to the flow of provision, blessing, and awakening

We call forth the movement of God through Erie into the Northeast:
Let life flow.
Let truth travel.
Let revival move along these lines.

Father, align us with Your timing, Your pathways, and Your purposes.

And we say together:
Erie will function as a gateway for Your glory.

In Jesus’ name, amen.

Pastor Mark testimony

This year, Prayerie prayer walks are shifting from focusing only on Erie to understanding its role in a larger regional design. Erie is not overlooked—it’s positioned as a hinge and gateway for what God wants to release across the Northeast. What once felt like disconnection may actually be divine assignment!

We’ll be praying at Griswold Park, across from the Erie Railroad Station. Praying that what has been delayed would move, what has been disconnected would be restored, and that Erie “gates would remain open” (Isaiah 60:11) for God’s purposes across the region.

See you Saturday!

FAIRVIEW PRAYER WALK

PrayErie’s purpose – To Watch & Pray – “Pray in the Spirit, be alert, keep on praying” (Eph 6:18).

Hello – Name & place. “Let your words be few” (Ecclesiastes 5:2).

Worship & Prayer – “Worship the Lord with gladness; come before Him with joyful songs.” We redirect our focus off of ourselves and onto the nature of God (Psalm 100:2). Don’t get shy on me! Be strong in power of the Lord, but stop when Holy Spirit stops!

Remembering God’s Promise – When praying for our territory, we look for God’s original intent, not Satan’s counterfeit. Although the mess-ups are often so glaring, they point the way to needed redemption (Acts 17:16-18, II Samuel 7:25-26).

  • Fairview – In 1797, Colonel Thomas Forester looked out over his property at the mouth of Walnut Creek and exclaimed, “I have yet to see a fairer view!” God is calling the “seers”, those with eyes to see from a heavenly perspective! (Zechariah 4:1).

Repentance – Forgive us for every deceptive fantasy, arrogant attitude and proud obstacle raised up in defiance of the true knowledge of God. Forgive us when we focus our sights on Satan’s counterfeits & distortions thus making us weak and vulnerable. (2 Corinthians 10: 4-5, Judges 6:10, Romans 12:21).

Binding & Loosing – “Truly I tell you, whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven. If two of you agree about anything, it will be done for them by my Father. For where two or three gather in my name, there I am…. JESUS’ PRESENCE” (Matthew 18:18-20).

  • We call to remembrance the covenant between God, His people, and the land. According to God’s design, we have jurisdiction over this territory and declare the reopening & refreshing of the wells of resource He has provided! “Confirm forever the word that you have spoken concerning your servants and this land, and do as you have spoken” (Romans 1:20).

The testimony of Jesus’ life – Jesus is LORD! When we focus on Him, we are empowered; to break the power of the enemies lies, and declare just how big our God is! The testimony of Jesus is the essence of prophecy.

  • Jesus contrasted the Kingdom of God with things the world deems as insignificant (Luke 13:18-21).
  • Jesus encouraged men to watch for changed lives as evidence of the Kingdom of God (Luke 17:20-21).
  • Jesus said, “Seek first the Kingdom of God” (Matthew 6:33). People of Fairview, choose God!

EDEN – A spot for the moment where the presence of God creates an open door to heaven. (Miles Monroe)

It was a pleasure and a privilege Saturday morning to host the PrayErie Team and the CARE Churches leaders and prayer partners from around the City of Erie.
