ServErie Prayer Tent
ServErie 2019
2019 ServErie’s final School Initiative is Joanna Connell School. Shout out to prayer teams from Erie First Assembly, Community Missionary Baptist, Grace Fellowship, and Lake Erie Church. As well as other faithful pray-ers from Shiloh Baptist, Second Baptist, New Beginnings, Grace To Grace church and Shares Of God’s Love Ministry.
We prayed through Psalm 24 for the children of JoAnna Connell and all of Erie’s children.
“The earth is the LORD’s, and everything in it, the world, and all who live in it; for He founded it on the seas and established it on the waters. Who may ascend the mountain of the LORD? Who may stand in His holy place? The one who has clean hands and a pure heart [the children], who does not trust in an idol or swear by a false god. They will receive blessing from the LORD and vindication from God their Savior. Such is the generation of those who seek Him, who seek Your face, [we prayer warriors ascend the mountain of praise to come before God on behalf of the children] God of Jacob. Lift up your heads, you gates, be lifted up, you ancient doors, that the King of glory may come in. [we decree and declare peace, healing, wholeness, fullfilled destiny for the children] Who is this King of glory? The LORD strong and mighty, the LORD mighty in battle. Lift up your heads, you gates; lift them up, you ancient doors, that the KIng of glory may come in. [We pray for a release of God’s glory through His established gate which is Jesus Christ], Who is He, this King of glory? The LORD Almighty – He is the King of glory!”
ServErie 2018
ServErie joined with Pfeiffer-Burleigh Elementary and Booker T. Washington Center August 2-4, 2018 and was blessed by another large turnout of volunteers who worked like it was all up to them and prayed like it was all up to God for this school and center!
“Sing, O barren one, you who did not bear; break forth into singing… for your offspring will possess the nations… Fear not, for you shall not be ashamed; neither be confounded and depressed. You shall forget the shame of your youth, and you shall not remember the reproach of your widowhood any more… For though the mountains should depart and the hills be shaken or removed, yet My love and kindness shall not deart from you, nor shall My covenant of peace and completeness be removed, says the Lord, Who has compassion on you” (Isaiah 54:1-4,10).
ServErie 2017
Thank you to the churchs and ministries who came out to pray for the ServErie 2017 School Project at Erie High School!
Prayer group leaders did a wonderful job of mobilizing their teams. There were 13 churches/ministries represented with 52 pray-ers over 4 days of intercession! Every locker was prayed over and accessible areas in the school building anointed. Scriptures were “planted” at the perimeters of the property. Countless miles were walked in prayer inside the building and around the campus. In the prayer tent a man received salvation and two freshmen boys received prayer in proxy for the entire incoming freshman class. A Central teacher was volunteering and received prayer in proxy for the entire faculty. An agitator came to intimidate, with no success. We pray for his deliverance.
We stood on 3 key scriptures and declared: “Erie students will receive, by the Spirit of the Lord of Hosts, a Kingdom that cannot be shaken. They will be marked by mercy, kindness, humility, gentleness and patience” (Hebrews 12:28, Zechariah 4:6-7,
